1. Prices & Sizes

How much do you charge for Cupcakes? Sizes?

Mini Cupcake
- Price range from S$2.00 onwards
- Min. quantity to order @ 30pcs per flavour (diameter of 4cm)

Standard Cupcake
- Price range from S$3.80 onwards
- Min. quantity to order @ 24pcs per flavour (diameter of 6cm)

Normal White Cake Box will be provided for min 12pcs cupcakes

 

How much do you charge for Macarons? Sizes?

Macarons with fruitty Buttercream or Choc ganache fillings
- Price range from S$1.70 onwards
- Min. quantity to order @ 20pcs per colour (diameter of 4cm)

 

How much do you charge for Cake in a Jar?

For our no frills cake in a jars(w/o customised sticker & ribbons)
- Price range from S$4.70 onwards
- Min. quantity to order @ 10jars per flavour (diameter of 8.5inch x 3 inch ht, vol 220ml)

Can the price be lowered?

For bulk orders please email us for discounted price.

 

2. Delivery / Self Collection

What is the delivery charges like?

Our standard delivery fee is from SGD $15 to 25 depending on location & time requested. Extra charges for CBD area & Sentosa Island

Booking of delivery slot is subjected to availability of schedule.
 

Please take note that we do not provide delivery to the following locations:
- Changi Airport and the immediate vicinity
- Area bordering the Port of Singapore Authority
- Jurong Island
- All army camps
- Government Buildings and Embassies
- Islands outside mainland Singapore

 

Delivery Time Slot?

Weekdays

Between 10am – 12pm
Between 1pm – 4pm

 

Weekend

Between 10am – 12pm
 

Other delivery time slot not stated above can be arranged and might incurred extra cost.

 

Are we able to Specify Delivery Time?

Yes, you may specify your preferred time of delivery but it will be subjected to availability. As such it will be good to give us a delivery time range.

 

Self Collection Locations

All cakes can be collected from our retail outlet located at:

430 Upper Changi Road, East Village Mall #01-78
Please provide your order number, name and contact number for easy reference.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Rizdelights shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

  • Please ensure that all required details are accurate and complete for a successful delivery, we require a full delivery address, contact number and name of recipient and time of delivery.

  • If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will try to contact the recipient via recipient given contact number. Any change in the delivery location will be charged at an additional delivery surcharge of $20.

  • In the event that there is no recipient or no one is at the delivery destination to receive the cake, the cake will be sent back to Rizdelights for self-collection by the customer by the next following working day. Otherwise cakes will be disposed of.

  • No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.

  • Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.

  • Cakes must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/ discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery or collection.

  • Rizdelights reserves the rights not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.

3. Flavors

What cake flavors & filling do you have?


We only cater to 3 flavours for our wedding & novelty cakes due to the fondant design.

1) Chocolate Moist - fillings will be chocolate buttercream & chocolate ganache
2) Classic Buttercake - fillings will be fresh buttercream & strawberry preserves
3) Traditional Steamed Fruit Cake (additional $65 per tier)

Cream cakes come in variety of flavors such as Vanilla Caramel / Ondeh Ondeh / Chocolate / Cream & Cookies / etc...

 

Do you cater to eggless cakes / cupcakes?

We are so sorry that we do not cater to eggless cakes or cupcakes for the time being.

 

Are your products Halal certified?

We are not halal certified by MUIS but that does not mean our products are non-halal either. We are a 100% Muslim-owned company so we are just as cautious on the ingredients that we used. We ensure that our ingredients are alcohol-free & free of animal by-products that are not permissible for consumption by Muslims. Please do contact us if you have any doubts or need further clarifications.

 

4. Ordering Information

How can I order a cake / cupcake?

There are 3 modes of ordering:-

i) Email us at sales@rizdelights.com or

ii) Whatsapp/SMS us at 82696961

 

How far in advance should I place my order?

  • Confirmation are taken on a first come first serve basis and upon payment received.

  • We do not reserve any baking slot till payment received and confirmed by Rizdelights.

  • Full refund will be arranged back to customer if our baking slot is already fully booked and we still received any payment from customers.

  •  

Do you have a retail store where I can walk in an purchase a cake on the spot?

Our bakery is East Village Mall #01-78 for walk-in. Do take note of our opening hours. For customized cake orders consultation it is recommended to make an appointment for consultation.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • Payment preferred to be made in cash/ bank transfer or Paynow.

  • For corporate orders we do accept payment via Giro for approved Vendors.

  • For government sector orders we accept order via e-invoice.

  • For cheque payment, full payment is required at least 5 working days before delivery date.

  • Please ensure sufficient clearing time for customers who make use of internet transfer or cheque.

  • We recognize confirmation of cake orders by payment receipt. Failure in recognizing incoming payment may cause automatic void of orders without prior notification to customers.

  • For last minute orders, we recommend cash payment or ATM transfer from POSB or DBS bank only.

 

Amendments & cancellation policy?

  • Strictly no amendments will be allowed 5 working days prior to delivery/collection.

  • All Payments are Non-Refundable
